Our Story
Started in Howard County. Still Build There.
Matt Ridley built Ridgeline's first three homes in Columbia in 2012 — spec houses on a cul-de-sac that sold before the landscaping went in. Thirteen years and 320 homes later, the company still operates from Fulton and Matt still reviews every set of plans.
